2025 Green Technology Conference focuses on how innovative technologies can support sustainability and address environmental challenges. The event typically covers topics such as renewable energy, smart cities, carbon reduction strategies, and eco-friendly materials.

Speakers and experts showcase advancements in clean energy, AI-driven sustainability solutions, and circular economy models that reduce waste and promote efficient resource use. Discussions often highlight how businesses, governments, and researchers can collaborate to develop technology that minimizes environmental impact while maintaining economic growth.

The 2025 Green Sustainability Conference will be held in Dallas, bringing together experts, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss the latest advancements in sustainability. All participants must submit their abstracts via email before the abstract submission deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted. Once an abstract is accepted, participants will receive an email with details on accessing the conference portal for final paper submission. Afterward, they will be provided with further information regarding the conference schedule, venue details, and associated arrangements to ensure a seamless experience on the event day.

2025 Green Technology Conference will be held in Dallas 650 N Pearl St, Dallas Marriott Downtown on 23rd April 2025. 

The Conference's abstract submission deadline is on April 7, 2025, and the final submission deadline on April 15, 2025.

You can submit your abstract before the deadline. Your abstract will be assessed and reviewed. You will be emailed a notice of acceptance once your abstract has been accepted then you will have to submit your paper. You will be notified via email if your research paper is accepted. Prior to the conference date, submission of presentation is also required. You can submit your abstracts at info@thexerocarbon.com

The Article/ Paper due date is 15th April 2025.

Poster Presentation

The posters must be written in English.

• Each poster board has been allocated a number. The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated on the panels.
• Materials to attach the posters to the panels will be available at the conference office.
• Each author must make himself/herself available at the times of the poster presentations.
• At the end of the second poster session, the author(s) must remove their poster from the panel. The Organizing Committee will not send/keep any posters that have left at the conference venue.

What to do before the presentation?

• Make yourself prepare for the presentation.
• Must prepare for question and answer session immediately after your presentation over from the delegates.

Virtual Presentations

How to be a LIVE presenter?

You are required to submit an Abstract/Full Paper which will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process for the Abstract Acceptance. Upon the confirmation to the Conference, a test run will be conducted by the organizing committee in close proximity to the Conference. The participant will be given guidelines on how to connect during the Conference and present. After the Presentation and Conference Conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference, Certificate of Presentation, and Proceedings. Your conference documents will be sent to your address after the conference.

Requirements 

• Laptop with headset/ Desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset.
• Updated Chrome Browser.
• Virus Protections are needed to be paused/disabled before the start, if not will block the webcam..
• Bright and calm environment with a professional background.

Video Conferencing

A new feature of video conferencing- A convenient way of sharing and discussion.

How it works?

At first, send us your presentation slides (PPT).

• Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet).
• Create (Sign-Up) an Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)
• We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.
• Verify your camera and audio input and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and to share your screen.
• You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

N.B : Max time limit for presentation : 15 minutes
