Institute of Carbon Management presents 2024 Conference on SCience, Engineering and technology

ICM-CSET is a paramount body which has brought technical revolution and sustainable development of science and technology. The CCSET-forum constitutes of professional wizards and overseas technical leaders who have left no stones unturned to reinforce Sustainability. ICM-CSET conduct technical conferences, seminars and workshop at different parts of the world to reduce the gap between curriculum and their practical implementation among students and research scholars.

 Today ICM-CSET is in collaboration with one of the leading publisher of Digital Energy, Science and Technology Magazine  providing a platform to Students, Industry experts and Research Scholars to publish their research to pave the path forward to shaping a better and knowledgable tomorrow. 

We have a conference coming up and you can be a part of it. Whether you are looking to publish your research or would like to join as a listener . ICM-CSET will be held in Toronto on 10 June 2024 at Hilton Toronto Hotel (145 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2L2). We have limited spaces available and participants will be entertained on first come first serve basis. 

You can submit your abstract before the deadline 20th March 2024. Your abstract will be assessed and reviewed. You will be emailed a notice of acceptance once your abstract has been accepted then you will have a month's time to submit your paper. You will be notified via email if your research paper is accepted. Prior to the conference date, submission of presentation is also required. You can submit your abstracts at info@thexerocarbon.com

The Article/ Paper due date is 1st April 2024.

Poster Presentation

The posters must be written in English.

• Each poster board has been allocated a number. The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated on the panels.
• Materials to attach the posters to the panels will be available at the conference office.
• Each author must make himself/herself available at the times of the poster presentations.
• At the end of the second poster session, the author(s) must remove their poster from the panel. The Organizing Committee will not send/keep any posters that have left at the conference venue.

What to do before the presentation?

• Make yourself prepare for the presentation.
• Must prepare for question and answer session immediately after your presentation over from the delegates.

How to be a LIVE presenter?

You are required to submit an Abstract/Full Paper which will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process for the Abstract Acceptance. Upon the confirmation to the Conference, a test run will be conducted by the organizing committee in close proximity to the Conference. The participant will be given guidelines on how to connect during the Conference and present. After the Presentation and Conference Conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference, Certificate of Presentation, and Proceedings. Your conference documents will be sent to your address after the conference.

Requirements 

• Laptop with headset/ Desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset.
• Updated Chrome Browser.
• Virus Protections are needed to be paused/disabled before the start, if not will block the webcam..
• Bright and calm environment with a professional background.

Video Conferencing

A new feature of video conferencing- A convenient way of sharing and discussion.

How it works?

At first, send us your presentation slides (PPT).

• Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet).
• Create (Sign-Up) an Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)
• We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.
• Verify your camera and audio input and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and to share your screen.
• You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

N.B : Max time limit for presentation : 15 minutes
